But the presumptive Democratic nominee who will face President Bush in the Nov. 2 election seemed nonplused by the attention as he scanned dozens of cameras and reporters stationed outside the hospital for his arrival.

"I can't believe all this for a shoulder!" he exclaimed.

He certainly didn't expect all this media attention... it was just coincidence that he got out the leather jacket with the Vietnam insignia on the sleeve to wear (the same one he wore to his last hospitalization). I suppose we should be grateful he didn't show up in his old uniform or something....

Why would he wear that. Did he serve in Vietnam or something?
