It appears they have caught them now.

If we keep apprehending them like we have been lately, the world will be a much safer place. Then we'll have to be concerned about the brainwashing they've done to their young.

GALLUP, N.M. -- Two explosions followed by fire rocked a gasoline refinery Thursday, injuring four people, at least three of them seriously, officials said. Smoke billowed from the east side of the Giant Industries refinery about 15 miles east of Gallup as rescue crews converged on the scene. The cause of the explosions was not immediately known, said Yearly. Authorities said the four people injured were taken to Rehoboth McKinley Christian Hospital in Gallup. At least three had life-threatening third-degree burns, said sheriff's Lt. John Yearly. Firefighters contained the blaze. Yearly said the refinery employs about 200 people, who were...

A while back there was a posting about someone intercepting a ham radio broadcast that they thought was strange. Can someone please point me to that posting? Thanks.

Amtrak engineer blamed in NYC train crash (name not released)

By DEEPTI HAJELA

Associated Press

NEW YORK - The engineer of an empty Amtrak train that rear-ended a crowded Long Island Rail Road commuter train was responsible for the crash, investigators said Tuesday. The accident left 127 people with mostly minor injuries.

The Monday morning rush hour collision "was caused by human error on the part of the engineer of Train 183, the Amtrak train," Amtrak spokesman Dan Stessel said.

An investigating committee - comprised of Amtrak, LIRR and federal railroad officials - found the engineer failed to comply with regulations governing restricted speed. "You must be able to stop your train short of another train," Stessel said.

The engineer, whose identity was withheld by Amtrak, has been suspended without pay. Stessel said a formal investigation is pending and further action may be taken. Amtrak was awaiting the results of drug and alcohol tests.

The LIRR train was waiting in a tunnel to enter Pennsylvania Station when it was hit from behind by a crew-only Amtrak train moving at less than 15 mph.

"All of a sudden there is a thunderous crash from behind and we all go flying into one another," said LIRR commuter Bob Buchmann, 46, program director of WAXQ Radio. "It was thunderous, and it was violent.

"From the train crew to the passengers who rose up to the occasion, it was really handled well," he added.

Indianapolis police are treating the discovery of a body under a bridge near the White River as a homicide after an autopsy today showed he had been shot multiple times.

The identity of Dennis O. Hood, 40, formerly of the Westside, was made through fingerprints, said Detective Michael Crooke, one of the investigators on the homicide.

Dennis O. Hood
Police began investigating on Monday after a body covered in trash bags was discovered among some junk under the 38th Street overpass on White River Parkway, West Drive.

Around 8 a.m. Monday, a man taking his child to school saw what appeared to be the shape of arms and legs wrapped in plastic and taped together.

Crooke said no missing person's report had been filed prior to the discovery and identification of Hood, although loved ones told police they had not seen him for several days.

The discovery of the body -- the city's 20th homicide o\f the year -- continues a gruesome four-day stretch in which five people were killed. Police said the city's total is still three lower than at this point in 2003.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 1-317-262-TIPS or Crooke at 1-317-327-3475.
