I received the following picture and email from an annonymous freeper friend in Iraq today:

The road between Ramadi and Falluja.
The trip from Ramadi to Falluja was interesting yesterday. Dozens of open and repaired IED craters, lots of other damage.
One like this one pictured was so fresh it was still flaming. My passenger didn't like the idea of eating chunks of asphalt.
Had incoming a few minutes ago....
Please post this.
God bless and watch over all of our people over there. I know from close friends on the ground that the vast majority of Iraqis are glad we are there and working with us. IMHO, we need to quickly pacify these holdout areas with prejudice...before the turnover.

We're involved in the hard work of freedom there in Iraq. The vast majority want us there and are becoming involved in creting their own free country. A committed and desperate minority, abetted by terrorists, wants to see us fail.

Unfortunately my iMac isn't showing the picture, but the email speaks for itself. My thoughts and prayers are always on our brave and wonderful men and women everywhere who are fighting for freedom. May God be with each one, and with their loved ones at home.

Tell him we are praying for him - and we are blessed to have men like him in our country.

Will do. May the good Lord watch over and protect, guide, and direct him and may He hold him in the palm of His hand...and may He comfort and build the spirit of their loved ones.
We are still, Winning Iraqi Freedom.
