ROFLMAO!! Absolutely Priceless!! Looks like Delucchi doesn't much care for whiner weiners!!

Just remember tho onyx that one of twelve ONLY hangs the jury. It doesn't give Peterson freedom - it just means that the Prosecution has to re-try the freak!! I still say, get rid of the 20 somethings and even unmarried 30 somethings!! I trust Varinsky. btw - doesn't Demetrius look rather fat these days. She never used to be so heavy.

I want you to be right.
Yeah, JoEllen (is that her first name?) has gained a few.
LOL! Living high off the hog I reckon.

Oh that's perfect.
I love to see Geragos smacked.
That the judge smacked him, makes it all the more enjoyable.

Peterson potential jury pool grows to 28 By JOHN COTÉ BEE STAFF WRITER Last Updated: April 8, 2004, 02:58:00 PM PDT REDWOOD CITY A supervisor in a bank, a pilot and a computer worker qualified Thursday morning to serve as jurors on Scott Petersons murder trial. The three additions bring to 28 the number of people so far qualified for the final phase of jury selection. The 31-year-old Modesto man has pleaded not guilty to charges he murdered his wife, Laci, and unborn son, Conner, on or just before Christmas Eve 2002. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. Judge Alfred Delucchi hopes to have a pool of between 65 and 80 jurors by May 13. Attorneys in the case will then use challenges to reduce the group to 12 jurors and six alternates who will hear Petersons case. As has become common, attorneys on both sides agreed to dismiss a handful of jurors Thursday based on their responses to a case questionnaire. When asked his or her thoughts on the death penalty, one prospective juror wrote: I think its swell. The person wrote ditto for a follow-up question asking for their thoughts on life in prison without parole. http://www.modbee.com/reports/peterson/trialupdates/story/8411777p-9242352c.html

Easy as pie...
Now I just screwed up my formating on my last post!
To: Jackie-O
The pilot sounds swell, I mean, good.
Ditto for the bank supervisor.
The computer guy? Maybe. Prefer MEN on his jury.

LOL!
I'm still undecided about women or men on the jury...I would think most women with half a brain would not be charmed by Snott. We need intelligent men and women on this jury, IMO.
No lonely hearts, not idiots who admit openly that they would quit their job to serve on this jury.
That chick is as dumb as a rock. All she had to say was it would not be a hardship on her to serve on this jury...

LISTEN UP: Just read that they have found a human skull washed up in the Sonoma area. It was lodged in a crook of land. I'll have to go back and get the name but it isn't that far from Richmond apparently. The skull has all it's teeth. That's all I know for now except it was mentioned that some "other body parts" were found along a sea wall? Sound familiar to any of you CA folks?
To: Jackie-O
Okay, it's the Jenner area. A man found it this morning. The remaining other body parts were found along the sea wall in the same area. I mean it could be Hernandez too but wouldn't it be something if it was Laci AGAIN right near Easter. Gives me goosebumps!!

OMG!!! Please let it be!!!
Oh, man! Snotty and MG sill be sweating this one out!!
To: IamHD
Just posted that myself. Exciting huh? I also read that "other body parts" had washed up against the sea wall in the same area. IF this is Laci's skull and body parts, she is as spunky dead as alive. Last Easter her torso and the baby washed up, this Easter it will be the rest of her. The skull is really great because it could possibly lead to a "cause" of death. Perhaps she had her skull fractured by that animal who of course was such a coward that he would have done it from behind!! jmo tho
To: Canadian Outrage
This would be so perfect, timing and all..it would be as if her spirit is giving justice a helping hand.
To: Jackie-O
PRECISELY what I was thinking.!!
To: Canadian Outrage; Jackie-O
You guys are doing a great job, and I can't wait for this trial to begin!
Yes!! I bet MG and SP are crapping in their pants! lol

Right on, Judge Delucchi!

QUOTE:
"One other thing you've got to remember is, I'm the judge here. I'm the judge. I do it my way.
I've got the robe on. You don't."
-- Judge Alfred Delucchi to defense attorney Mark Geragos, after he complained that the judge was prematurely disqualifying some jurors without thoroughly exploring their position on the death penalty.
