I just wrote to Nancy..now to Greta.
Dear Nancy,
I read on the message board here today that one of the posters who has been attending the triall has noticed that Scott and Jo Ellen have been "sitting close, almost touching at times", smiling, laughing, joking. I know some jurors who have been dismissed have said that this type of behavior was "creepy" to them. Could you mention this to your reporters attending the trial, to see if they observe the same thing? I would think that this would NOT go over well if it does continue once the trial starts!
