Kerry proposed 10,000,000 new jobs in 4 years in response to the good economic news that 300K+ were created last month. But 300K x 12 months x 4 years = 14,400,000 jobs, so Kerry is basically saying, "Elect me, and you'll have fewer jobs than the present economy is now cranking out."
