***Removing a post did not "help" the thugs, archy.Simmer down.We are all in this together.***

I have doubts that many liberal Democrats are in this with us, and I don't see those profiteers making fortunes so long as American soldiers keep dying as particularly being *in this together* with us.

See following:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1114072/posts

BTW, here's the *My Lai Massacre* that the Dems will likely use over the next 6 months to discredit *Bush's War in Iraq/Afghanistan*, in hopes of killing Bush's approval rating and getting a result similar to that George Bush one faced in the 1992 election just 11 months after having approval ratings over 75% in the aftermath of the Desert Shield/Storm war. If that puts Kerry or Hilary into the White House, it wasn't me who helped him get there.

There are two important distinctions between My Lai and The Great Talibunny Bake. 1). American's could feel bad for "innocent" Villagers 2). American's like dead Islamists.

I am so tired of us screwing around being PC which gets our troops killed. Let's have air power up at all times so that when this happens we can bring in a jet or a gunship to wipe out the bad guys.

I heard a guy on the radio last night that is from Iran. He was saying that his relatives in Iran are telling him that there are hundreds of fighters heading for Iraq. This is just a rumor of course but if it's true it would be really bad. These people are like termites.

Those orders have been in effect for a while. Our guys have been popping the ringleaders where they can ID them.

It's about 10 PM/22:00 in Fallujah now. See following.

In Fallujah, 35 miles west of Baghdad and the scene of bloody fighting with Sunni insurgents this week -- Marines called a halt to offensive operations at noon, while a delegation of city leaders met with Marine commanders, said Lt. Col. Brennan Byrne, commander of the 1st Battalion 5th Marine Regiment.

But 90 minutes later, Marines were given the go-ahead to resume operations, Byrne said. U.S. forces were heard firing into the city soon after. The reasons for the end of the suspension were not immediately clear, but it appeared negotiations never took place.

U.S. offensive in Fallujah halts, then resumes.

Whether they know it or not, they're helping the Dems. One more attack like 09/11 here in the US, and Bush's hopes for re-election will go the way of his father's second term. The Dems will point at how ineffectual Bush has been in preeventing such domestic acts and will try to capitalize on it.

Just as effective from their point of view will be if the prosecution of the war can be forestalled by the Dems, then they can blame that on Bush as well.

Exactly.
The muslims didn't cease hostilities for Yom Kippur.
Instead, they raced forward in an unprovoked attack from Syria in the north and Egypt from the south.
Militarily, slowing our pace to cater to the enemy's 'sensitivities' merely helps them.
Besides, wasn't the monestary of Monte Cassino pummeled to dust because the Nazi's used it as a fortress?
Isn't that enough of a precedent, that places used as weapon storage and fortresses- or even firing positions- become targets?

Well, there's the creeps in NY state that danced in the streets on 9/11.
And those in New Jersey who did the same thing.
Give them the choice of making amends, leaving what they call the 'great satan', or being detained preparatory to deportment.
Smart people will try to make amends for dancing and celebrating the deaths of those who died on the planes, the Pentagon, and the WTC.
Yes, that's somewhat strongarming them from some points of view, but if they celebrated death and glorified terrorists like that, what else are they willing to do?

I am shocked that you think the President does not take the deaths seriously.

I never said that, in fact I said I believed he was concerned about the deaths. I implied that by making jokes with the enemy press about WMD, he is making a terrible mistake with the voters, as millions of us are not laughing right now, we are in mourning for our dead.

Constructive advice is not bashing. I am concerned about the way Bush is acting, although I have many disagreements with his policies, I want him to win. If he doesn't get off the pot and get some good serious PR going here, he is going to lose the presidency to that viscous no good Kerry.

IMHO, the pent up rage and anger of the American People
will shake the world when tens of thousands of our citizens
lay dead and dying from another mass attack.

It's coming, WE know it.

Actually Cassino wasn't manned by the germans till after it
was bombed, then they fortified the rubble and made it a very hard nut to crack indeed.

Target rich environments for Warthog grazing.

We must be short of snipers, using .30 to 155mms. We are short of AC-130s 105mm gunships on station. (I nearly swoon when I see those guys.)

What we lack is steel rain for these tribes and odd collections of Pair o' dice bound jihadies.

IMO, anyone over "that certain age" is carrying any arms/supplies/ especially war trophies from our casualties or even kids on bikes scouting for their squads and snipers are righteous targets. They all want to be proclaimed marturds.

This fiasco is again proof to me that most Iraqis are unworthy of our gift of freedom when only a small minority arouses most to thwart their brief experience of Pax Americana. They will not fight for it themselves.

Islam is a Shiity sick hell of a death cult, dooming most to their well practiced filthy slavery to killers while the Baathists prepare to make slaves of them all, sorting the prettiest young for their 3rd generation rape rooms.
