That was my understanding as well, that surgical (ahem) enhancement was not allowed in the contestants. Some girls are naturally well-endowed, and she might be one of them. It would be easier to tell with video clips rather than stills; movement is still the biggest give-away to real versus fake.

That was my understanding as well, that surgical (ahem) enhancement was not allowed in the contestants.It's not allowed in the Miss America pagent, but Miss USA goes on to Miss Universe and it is allowed there.
