"Just got my email returned with this message. (Does that mean we've overloaded their circuits?)

This error message usually indicates that the mail server in question is rejecting all incoming email due to a file attachment limitation or a firewall misconfiguration. Keep in mind that many mail servers consider messages using HTML or Rich Text as actually containing attachments.
I just did a quick telnet test to their server's SMTP port, and their sendmail service does appear to be available at the moment.
Hope this helps a little.
