I believe the memo was issued in March or early April 1995, slightly before the OKC attack. If so, it opens a whole 'nother can of old worms.

On another thread, it was revealed the Gorelick Memo (undated) was signed on March 4, 1995, approximately 6 weeks before OKC. The date was referenced in a later memo by Reno, on the last page.

Good catch Nita. And, for some reason (I wonder what?) still nobody will admit that OKC was part of this war that Muslims have been waging on us for many years.
