Hatch has gone native. He is a prime example of why we need term limits.

He seems to be having an ongoing "out of mind experience". His friendship with "The Swimmer" may account for his apparent possesion. Perhaps an excorcism is needed.

"Gone native" - LOL!!

I can't even bear to read the article.

WHERE'S THE HOOK? Drag the fool off the stage. He nauseates me. Simpering little gutless pansy. Why doesn't a real conservative run against him?

Or even a real man?

"I know and respect Jamie Gorelick," he said. "I trust she will do the right thing regarding any conflict of interest or appearance of conflict of interest regarding her continuing service on the 9/11 commission."

This doesn't look like a statement supporting Gorelick. He said he trusts she will do the right thing (resign) regarding any conflict of interest or appearance of same.

I could not agree with you more. Hatch is an embarrassment, But I wonder, why is it that I ALWAYS read Democrats come to so and so's defense, but rarely read Republicans come to someone's defense? Can the Republicans really fail to understand how politics work? Unfortunately I'm afraid that they will never be able to take the gloves off and engage in down and dirty hard core political tactics. And that will constantly have them on the defensive.

Well I feel we should wait for Arlen Spectator to weigh in on this, perhaps there is some Scottish precedent at work here that we don't know about or understand.
