Ok, there were actually only two deaths of commerce workers, one of course, was Barbara Wise, the assistant who was found dead in her office, the other was the co-worker of Melinda Yee, the commerce dept secretary who claimed to have destroyed all hand written documents relating to the commerce trade missions. The commerce dept lawyer told Judge Lambecht that the person died before they had a chance to ask him to turn over all documents. It can only be assumed that this person's death persuaded Yee to destroy all her documents.
