Rule 3 when trying to convince someone to take an action; never use "big words" when short, easily understandable ones can be used, especially, benefit-laden ones.

"deconstruct domestic-policy monopolies" in health care and education??? " becomes "Help local doctors and hospitals care for people without the high cost and complications of government regulation, bureaucracy and control, because the smart people here in ______ know more about meeting their own needs than all the overpaid grey-hair, grey-suit, grey-idea bureaucrats in Washington..... then give the same benefits to local schools... and private schools too."
