Her or her body?

The lovely blonde college girl in North Dakota. She was talking to her boyfriend on her cell phone when it went dead. They caught the scumbag who did her in, and he wouldn't cooperate.

She is dead, otherwise he would have said she is home, alive.

I don't know if she's dead or alive. The sheriff was said to be in tears when he made the announcement; he said she was "home." I can only presume she's dead after all these many months, but until there's a press conference to confirm this, it's only a presumption on my part.
My heart goes out to her parents and the rest of her family and friends.

From Fox News.com:
CROOKSTON, Minn. Dru Sjodin (search), the University of North Dakota (search) student who disappeared last November, has been found, authorities said Saturday.
Sheriff Mark LeTexier sobbed as he told volunteers, "Dru is home." He would not immediately elaborate, though Sjodin has been presumed dead.
Volunteers had joined the search for the 22-year-old student on Saturday.
LeTexier said he would give details later.

Well, at least her abductor won't have to worry about the death penalty if Kerry is elected.
Come to think about it, North Dakota doesn't have a death penalty now.
Wonderful.

One last post on this thread:
If Dru was found in Minnesota, the slime that killed her could face federal charges because she was kidnapped in North Dakota--and WOULD face the death penalty.
