I think there is a deal in the works for the Russians to screw the French and Germans big time in this.
Russias dependency on the US is greater than on Europe and with all those Eastern countries now supporting the US, Russia has to make a decision.
If Putin is not implicated, he will give up everyone that stole from Iraq. This is going to be big.
