Federal law needs to be changed so that every state has the right to determine how it's going to handle the problem of illegals. If a state wants to pass legislation empowering the governor *remove* illegals from his state, the state should be allowed to do that. For that matter, if the state wants to allow every county sheriff to do the same, then so be it.
