"Dengrating the service & medals of one - brings into question the service & medals of all."

But it was alright for Kerry to denigrate each and every soldier who served in Vietnam by claiming they had ALL committed atrocities on a regular basis? And as far as his medals go, he saw fit to let everyone think that he'd thrown them over the fence at the Capitol Building, so what's the big deal? If he had no respect for the medals then, whether they had been his or someone else's, why should we give him any respect about it now? Kerry is the one who has bragged repeatedly about his Vietnam service. He's the one who brought it all up first and the Democrats have touted it, and belittled the service or non-service of others. It's my opinion that Kerry opened the door for questions to be asked and his military record & medals he received are fair game.
