it is I who should thank you since it's a priveledge to be in the US Armed Forces and being able to defend people who will fight for political freedom here.

Risking verbal insults and one-finger salutes from liberals, as I do, is a lot easier and less dangerous than what you and our military do. And I don't mean just in war. Training and routine, non-combat operations are often risky.

A couple guys died in my brother's USAF reserve fighter group 15 years ago. Hydraulics failed on one of the planes in a routine operation. The pilot and back-seater both died.

In spite of the great risk in flying fighter planes even in peace time, the liberals mock Bush's service as a fighter pilot in the Air National Guard. They treat Bush as if he did what Clinton did: lie to his draft board, break a promise, and go to Oxford to get out of the draft.

Nationally-coordinated demonstrations, rallies, teach-ins, and forums on the anniversary of George W. Bush's declaration of the end of major combat operations in Iraq. May 1

I forget, is May 1st May Day, or was that May 5th? Either way, it gives an excuse for these street communists to celebrate so they'll never let it go.

Course in spite of their glee, when we turn over operations in Iraq on the 30th, its going to be a different world, and they won't have things to complain about. THat's bad news for street socialists.

Contact Kristinn. He is likely to do something about ANSWER, even if most chapter members only do the previously scheduled evening FReep of the White House Correspondents Dinner on that same day. I'll probably limit myself to the press FReep only on that day.

May 1 is the big Communist and socialist May Day. The missiles and tanks used to roll through Red Square on Moscow on that day.

After the turnover, they will still be protesting something. It will be harder for them, but they will still protest Iraq, among other things.

Have these people ever protested against Al Qaeda's mass murder of civilians, or the genocides of Saddam Hussein?

Have they ever protested against anything other than the United States?

If anyone has any evidence that they have, please share it.

Peaceful? of course!

But, my ultimate fantasy FReep would be to get a large rental truck and a loudspeaker system, set up the ramp, let loose a few hundred rats, and play a parody song of 'who let the dogs out', substituting dogs with rats!

(got the idea from the Dish Network commercial of 'who let the pigs in)

Now back to regular programming!

Yes. They protest Israel when it defends itself against suicide bombers blowing up school children on buses. Actually, they protest against Israel existing.

Your point is correct in this sense: they protest the U.S. and any foreign entities that are allied with the U.S.
