It's part of a very disturbing trend. Some time back OSHA named The Council of La Raza as an official "Partner" in their safety initiatives. Not only do they want those illegals boo-boo free, they want to help them "climb the ladder of success" with career advice (as the OSHA website puts it). They don't bother doing that for citizens, though.
