Exactly!
Up here in Oregon the Ward Weaver trial has been delayed. Weaver was the dude who killed and buried the two teen girls, friends of his daughter on his property and was a big mouth in the media while the search was on for the missing teens.
Now he comes into court "acting" mentally withdrawn and unaware of his surroundings so the judge orders a mental eval. What a crock!
