just to correct your lapsus calami, it wasn't tuzla, it was sarajevo market incident (twice :-) and it was , at least, very, very suspicious. I remember BSA general Gvero offering to stand still on the place where serbian granade fell, so secure was he that it wasn't possible it was serbian granade. Israeli news papers said that it was very much like "Hisballah" work. static explosive device, placed about o.8 meters from the ground. that's why most of the victims were wounded below their stomach, and roofs of market tables stood still after... few details :-)

There was another incidence up in Tuzla later in the war that garnered international attention, is what I am referring to.
