I saw this guy the other day during an interview; he was starting an IT firm and needed people, consultants told him to take his company to India, that there he could pay his employees $40,000 in stead of $80,000. So the guy puts an ad in the local paper offering jobs for $40,000 and had qualified people knocking his door down.

Work in the US for Indian wages and still make 40K a year with bennies. I have done better, but wouldn't sneeze at 40K, certainly.
