This stupid bill was created by liberal morons who know nothing about guns and it's caliber. 12.7x99 BMG (.50 BMG) is a deadly round that was designed to penetrate tank armor. Guns like the Barrett M82A1 are very heavy and I seriously doubt anyone would want to carry it around, especially since you can't hide it. When is the last time anyone was killed by a wannabe gang-banger with a massive Barrett?
