Some thoughts:
1. If Lunkhead were a regular biker (and not a photo-op whore) he wouldn't have such chicken legs.
2. Bicycle helmets are a joke.
3. He looks like a housewife in her 'Jazzercise' gear.

he is a joke but I differ with you on helmets,,serious bikers wear them and as the wife of a man who got a head injury while biking without a helmet, you are dead wrong on them. You go fast on those bikes, they tumble easily. Helmets are necessary even with slow relaxed rides.

After the appointment, Kerry -- wearing black spandex bike pants, a long-sleeved yellow shirt, and a yellow bike helmet -- took off for a two-hour ride along the Charles River, followed by two Secret Service agents on bikes behind him and a five-car motorcade alongside.

2. Bicycle helmets are a joke.
In all likelihood, my son's best friend would still be alive if he had been wearing a bike helmet.
That said, from the photo, it doesn't appear that Kerry's helmet straps are properly adjusted. The straps should not be loose, as they appear to be in the photo.

Hey now, watch it. My wife teaches Jazzercise and would take that as a serious insult. :)
She really does and she really would, but I wont show her your msg. So your safe. :)
