In a letter to me dated September 2002 he said that he was going to continue to push Section 245(i) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act through congress. Can you spell A-M-N-E-S-T-Y? Or how about vote pandering!!

Bush is allowing this to happen in order to get votes from them in high numbers in order to stay in power.
