Contrast that to the three visits we have had in our area (Hershey/Harrisburg) from President Bush. He was spot on time each time.
I had the same thought - the two times I've seen Dubya in person, he was right on time. Maybe Kerry was feeling discombobulated from his horrendous Good Morning America interview this morning!
