From what I understand it's not going to happen. The Cirque du Soily has stated that Jamie isn't going to be called to testify. They appreciate the viewpoints of the Senators and Representatives calling for her to, but she isn't. So, tough noogies to those congresscritters says the Circus of the Commissars.

The rules she instituted (later made department policy) separated criminal investigations from intelligence gathering. As the memo itself said, these rules went "beyond what is legally required."

And she gets to ask both Dubya and Cheney questions? This smells...
