Then why are they capitulating to the 4% MINORITY? The MAJORITY should tell this religious cult what it can do with their broadcast "prayers". There is enough noise polution already. Don't add to it. Stuff like this has a real bad habit of spreading . Stop it now.

The fact is, the majority, or very close to it, in Hamtramack may be Muslim. As chilling as it is, the minority here are non-Muslims.

I really wouldn't have a problem with this if it was, say, Orthodox Jews or Hindus asking for what is (in reality) a pretty minor exception to the noise ordinance. However, those two groups (and pretty much any other religion in the world except for Islam) have no desire to overthrow the US government and replace it with a theocratic state. When Muslims do things like this, it isn't an attempt on their part to peacefully exercise their religion- it's part of Islam's long-term goal to convert the entire world.
