"Everybody was wrong in their assessment of Saddam. Everybody in the Arab world told us that the best way to deal with Saddam was to develop a set of economic and commercial relationships that would have the effect of moderating his behavior. History will demonstrate that this was a miscalculation."

The truly pathetic thing is that this dimwit doesn't even seem to realize that his little junket to Africa was just the CIA's way of spiking any uranium connection and sandbagging on Cheney's request. It's actually kind of embarrassing how dense this Wilson guy is. To be an unwitting patsy is one thing, but not to even know it, and act as if he's a player, is something else entirely.

This is so important to Wilson, that instead of reporting who outed his wife to the investigators he writes a book and profits from it, typical liberal scum.
