Then why is it such hard work? Why are we so weak to temptation, lust, greed and worse?

To be civilized takes a conscience decision, an effort that must be revisted...constantly.

I look around the world today, at this country and where its headed...and I grow weary.

The world is awash in misery, pain, suffering and malcontent.

The human species is hitting on only two of eight pistons.

I have faith, as I am sure you do as well. But how many people can you really trust? Count them.

But, I see light, and hope, and caring people all over the place, lifting up their brothers and sisters who need them.
