Well, Kerrey had to go have lunch with Sen. Dominici (Drudge said yesterday that he *thinks* Dominici and Kerry went out to eat lunch at that time).
Kerrey is certainly not serious about the 9/11 commission as anything but a partisan political tool, as indicated by his behavior on the Jon Stewart show, among other things.
