It will never happen, the left only wants anti-American immigrants who will go on welfare and vote Democrat. Look at the uproar everytime a boatload of Cubans heads our way; they call 6 year olds subversives and send in SWAT teams to make sure Castro stays happy.

Actually, there was a movement to do just that back in the late 70's and early 80's.
John Kerry helped squash that initiative.
