I too would prefer Walter Jones as the candidate. He has shown to be a real fighter just like Jesse Helms. Jones spoke out against the pro-homosexual children's book in the Wilmington school district and the forced political correctness training that UNC-Chapel Hill makes its students go through. Jones is conservative hero.

Yo Theodore, that was a totally idiotic comment. Think about the race for a minute and reevaluate.

Darn right. Hey Theodore, why don't you pass the time by playing a little solitaire?

Why are they talking about NAFTA anyway? It's not in danger of being repealed.

NAFAT hasn't been enforced as written in law.

I wonder if there is a better-known candidate with name ID who could get nominated if Burr continues to trail so badly in the polls. It looks like Burr cannot win.

Name ID's build, they don't grown on trees.

Democratic candidate Erskine Bowles is recognized by 86.8 percent of registered voters in the race for the U.S. Senate, and Republican Rep. Richard Burr is recognized by 45.5 percent, according to a poll released yesterday.
