Pompous twit.Nah.
I wish I'd had teachers who could constructively criticise. I worked pretty hard to get the meter right, but reached a point where I thought it was better to publish than lose interest.
I'll be back.

I cannot match your accomplishment. So I offer a haiku (form 5-7-5):
President Kerry?
The Founders' dream forsaken,
Melancholy thought.

Great tag line: (In a minute there is time, for decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse. J Forbes Kerry)
More from J Forbes Kerry (my attribution with apologies to Eliot. This stanza seems to hit the nail on the head.)
No! I am not Prince Hamlet, nor was meant to be;
Am an attendant lord, one that will do
To swell a progress, start a scene or two,
Advise the prince; no doubt, an easy tool,
Deferential, glad to be of use,
Politic, cautious, and meticulous;
Full of high sentence, but a bit obtuse;
At times, indeed, almost ridiculous
Almost, at times, the Fool.
