Does anyone remember that Jessica Lynch as well as other female POW's (in Gulf War I) were raped? Lynch was even sodomized. Of course we don't have the pictures for CNN to repeatedly televise but these things happended just the same. I'm not excusing what those troops did at the prison but the Arab world is only outraged when their swarthy brothers are undergoing what weekly occurs at Frat parties across this great nation. And the rest of the world is just as hypocritical. France harbors a child molestor(Roman Polanski)and dares judge us?

There was actual beatings, rape, sexual abuse, and real physical torture, all being done NOT to extract information, NOT to prevent attacks against Americans, but just for the sick, perverted fun of those doing it.

Just because Jessica Lynch was raped DOES NOT give American Soldiers the right to rape Iraqis, or any other prisoners. In fact, it gives us all the more reason to NOT be like them.

Some of it was on the level of Frat Party pranks but there were some incidents that appear to be torture and rape and Freepers should be angry with that.

But, I agree there is a lot of biased rage in the world, from many Arabs, from many global socialists and from Democrats here in the U.S.

Where's the world outrage with what happened to this family?
