So according to Phillip Kennicott all of us are personally responsible for Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse committed by US MPs and contractors...I find Mr. Kennicott's conclusions philosophically flawed and personally obnoxious.

Kennicott's conclusions are based on the Communist belief in "collective guilt". This is what helps make the slaughter of millions not only possible, but inevitable.
