MOST parents won't want their kids deciding how their tax dollars are spent. I'll be very surprised if this ever passes.

As opposed to non-productive welfare recipiants, illegal aliens, paroled drugees, public union employees voting their own raises and the rest of the Cali electorate? Doesn't sound like a big change. BRING BACK THE POLL TAX! RESTORE THE PROPERTY OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENT TO VOTE ON PROPERTY TAXES!
