Had those other nations been there with troops, perhaps her darling might not have had to be deployed,

Those other nations said they weren't sure there were WMDs in Iraq, and there should be more time to find out before going in. Bush said the WMD situation was too dangerous - we had to go in. Those other nations, it turns out, were right about the WMDs. I think a lot of the families of fallen soldiers feel they were had. A few of them - like this one - are brave enought to say so publicly.

LOL! Actually, the deadlines those nations had agreed to many times had already come and gone, but hey...they needed more time to grab more of that oil for food money Saddam was throwing their way.

Had those other nations not been purchased with Saddam's oil money and acted with us from the start there likely would have been no war at all.

Saddam didn't believe we were coming.

He believed that because of the French and Russians.

You must not know about the Syrians hiding the WMDs and shipping them to Jordan last month for an attack there. Make no mistake. There were WMDs, but Saddam had plenty of time to move them while the UN and the Democrats stalled the war.
As for this widow, she is not an American. She does not love this country enough to sacrifice someone she loves for it. She is not the kind of woman whom we thankfully had during World War II and whom we still have in patriotic parts of the US today.

Source and in-context quote please.

I always wonder when I see your posts what would you be willing to fight for?

Seriously. Whether we find WMD or not, is there any point where a dictator is causing mass murder when you or others believe we should stop a madman. 10 people? 100? 10,000? How about confirmed 300,000. We have already dug up that many bodies Saddam killed/had murdered in his name, and we fear it might top 1 million when we locate all the bodies.

How about 6 million (Hitler). Even if we could not prove he was a threat to the US, is the some point you would have supported us fighting him anyway?

Clinton and others said we needed to do a regime change because of genocide in the Balkans...where there were a reported 5,100 people murdered. OK, that is an answer.

What about your answer? Or is it only when they are American deaths? In which case you are probably not very impressed with the sacrifices of those on this D-Day anniversary.

Just curious.
