How in the world did Clinton get Ireland to commit to $58 million for an AIDS program for Mozambique!?! How does Teresa Heinz Kerry, who is from Mozambique, figure into all of this? Is some of her moola going to Hillary's war chest in return for Slick's AIDS effort in Mozambique?
