See p. 17--Al Hubbard was on the coordinating committee of the People's Coalition for Peace and Justice we were discussing before. Cf. 12: "Hubbard was in contact with the North Vietnamese peace delegation, and Hubbard was confidentially told that the next prisoner of war (POW) release would be made to VVAW"; and 43: "Hubbard confided to members in attendance that his trip was financed by Communist Party, USA (CPUSA)".

Also see 11, which mentions that when Kerry resigned from the executive committee he would still "be available to speak for VVAW"--in other words, his resignation was only from the executive committee, not from VVAW. However see 34 where Kerry appears on the executive committee again in November 1971. I wonder if he unresigned after he resigned :)

I also find interesting on p. 41 where a coalition with the Socialist Workers Party was apparently considered and rejected--guess they didn't want the bad PR or something.
