I do not approve and would not pay to see him - but I hafta admit calling the anchor's goat and clear stupidity was funny!

That's the worst imitation of Tony Soprano I've ever seen.

I'm having a very hard time understanding what's funny about this.

What I found funny was not Andrew Dice Clay, but the fact that it happened to CNN. I think any time a CNN reporter gets called on the ground about not having his facts straight is hilarious. It's unfortunate that it's Clay in this clip, and that he get's the laugh, but the whole gestalt of the incident is what I find amusing.

For those not realizing when the date of the clip comes from...it was when Art Carney died and they were bringing in comedians and people who knew him to discuss Art and comedy in general.

I can't stand that person, if you can call him that, but i will admit that put a smile on my face from ear to ear and had me laughing so hard i had water in my eyes. I wish more people would these news people how it is. Just leave out the vulgar language and the Lord's name in vain.

Honestly, I believe that the "Diceman" is just playing up an act; kind of like the way Tiny Tim had a well-crafted persona for television and radio appearances.

Clay is probably just a nice Jewish boy from Bklyn. who chose to acquire a certain set of characteristics-the chief ones being profaneness and insouciance to the p.o.v. of others-in order to entertain his fans.

Unfortunately, his act has worn a little thin. He attempted to do a 'straight' sitcom years ago, and while I found it amusing, it was a commercial flop.

Yeah, he's definitely got a funny schtick. I can't see why people criticize his routine. Yeah, the guy isn't exactly John Cleese, but I don't think anyone expects him to be. They expect him to be "the Diceman."

The "Dice" impersonation was probably the second funniest running gag on O&A before they got canned for pulling that disgusting stunt at St. Patrick's Cathedral.

Even I am not that much of a "Dice" fan. I did watch portions of "Ford Fairlane" though and am pretty sure he never had any intentions of rivaling Olivier, which is kind of re-assuring.

It always ticked me off that people like Don Johnson thought they were "real" actors. You were on a cop show with Cheech man; get over yourself!

Yeah, he's one of those dudes whose career really should have been limited to modeling Levi's Jeans, but somehow got through society's filter and foisted himself upon the rest of the unsuspecting viewing public.

The only thing I really liked about "Miami Vice" was the cool theme music. Other than that, I can't recall a single episode from the series.
