Much, much too messy, when a 45-grainer HP would do quite nicely behind the ear. I'd reserve the 150-grainer for a body shot at 200 yards; more sporting, ya see, and the clean up is not so time consuming. However, if you are into pinkish mists that expand like a newly created cosmos, a 150-grainer behind the ear is just the ticket.
