In the video, Berg was an wearing orange prison-type jumper. Any signs of torture were not visible. In the bridge photo linked on post 23, his body is in street clothes. It looks like the animals did the genital mutilation after he was murdered.

Based upon the photo I'm not sure they did any type of genital mutilation. It looks like blood ran down there and dried. He is still wearing his pants.
