How likely is it that liberal non-Christians will reevaluate their Christian bashing when they see the head-lopping Islamo-fascist hordes coming?

I keep remembering the "liberal" sophisticates of Iran under the Shah -- western style cocktail parties, etc. But nothing would do but get rid of the Shah. They actually supported the ayatollahs, assuming (I've read) that they could manipulate them and get the real power for themselves. Well, they couldn't.

Everyone is going to have to take the Clash of Civilizations more seriously. In the U.S. the discussion should be framed in the context of liberal moral relativism and the Christian bashing of secular humanists. Does this liberal/secular humanist paradigm do justice to the realities involved in the current drama? No. Western Christian culture is better than and morally superior to Islamo-fascist barbarism. Our educational institutions and the media will need to confront this.
