Back to last year:
At last weekend's White House Correspondents' Dinner, one gossip column reports, liberal comedian Al Franken went up to Paul Wolfowitz, the neoconservative deputy defense secretary and said, "Clinton's military did pretty well in Iraq, huh?"

Clinton's part of the military did quite a job in those prisons, huh?

These liberals are really desperate to rewrite Clinton's legacy, aren't they?
What they are failing to acknowledge is how much BETTER the military could have been if Clinton had not been President.
To: Rokurota
Calling Al Franken a comedian is a pretty liberal use of the word don't you think?

I look at it this way.
Every soldier to die in the WOT did so for the benifit of the children and grandchildren of every other soldier there, and all peaceloving person on the face of the planet and those to come.

The Clinton Legacy was alive and well in that prison with an unqualified Feminazi in charge.

Can you provide a link to reports about how the military was cut during Slick's presidency? I'd like to have documentation.
Thanks!

No offense but do a Google Search.
Enter 'Clinton Military Cuts' and you'll get about a gazillion articles - take your pick.
Also, remember Al Gores 'assignment' to re-invent government and shrink the payroll - it was all from the MILITARY. Not one slug1 from any other gubmint agency got laid-off or fired.
Note #1 -- No offense is meant to any real slugs.

Kaplan forgetting that which generals run the war and how they run it is oweing to which civilians are in charge. Shinseki would have mounted a very different campaign if he has still been around.

I know.
My point was a jab at Franken...is he calling it "Clinton's military" today, while he trashes the U.S. on his radio network?

I didn't know Bill Clinton had his own private army. Wouldn't that make him an enemy of the State?

Chewbacca writes "I didn't know Bill Clinton had his own private army."
Napolean said an army traveled on its stomach. Bill Clinton's private army is all-female and travels on their knees.
