The past week dangerously irresponsbile demagogary by the Democrat Party leadership, egged on by the DNC directed "News" Media's hyperventilation over the Iraqi Prisoner abuse, has now lead to the barbaric execution of an American Hostage in Iraq. The current political grandstanding by Democratic Party leaders, cheerlead by the "mainstream news media", is directly responsible for this death. The Democrat Senate Leaders are an embarassment to their States, their Offices and themselves. There is now American Blood on the hands of the Democratic Leadership from John Kerry to Mark Dayton. This blood is also on the hands of the Democrat Cheerleaders in the so called American "News Media: Despicable is too gentle a word to discribe the political power whores that run today's Democrat Party and the American "News Media". News for you "Journalist" scum. No amount of pro-terrorist propagandzing will stop these people from sawing your head off if they get their hands on you. They are barbaric thugs who want you dead. Yesterday when the story broke, I happened to see Wold Blitzer CNN show and he made the comment that like Daniel Pearle, Berg was a Jew.

I said EXACTLY the same thing when I heard the news; glad to know that I'm not the only one!

My boss had a subscription to the NY Times; I always grab it when he's done reading it, and for the past couple of weeks, I've been working myself up to a slow boil.
My position is as follows:

If any Iraqi prisoner was sexually abused, whomever is responsible should be severely punished. I don't care how bad the prisoners are, sexual abuse is inexcusable. That being said, i don't think that stripping a guy naked and putting a leash on him is quite the same as beheading a helpless civilian. I'm furious with the media for blowing the actions of a few so far out of proportion, while ignoring the REAL atrocities. You were "humiliated"? Too damned bad- at least you're not being fed feet first thru a plastic shredder or watching your wife and daughter being raped and killed or being shot and burned and hung from a bridge. Where is the outcry on the part of the media over the poor woman and her 4 kids that were murdered just a few weeks ago? The media has exercised "selective outrage", and they've just served to throw gasoline on the fire. Great...thanks a lot, guys.
