I like this guy, he's a bit hot but we all should be. Why say no to the nuclear option? I was in an argument with some jerk liberals in the office yesterday (I work in San Francisco, they're everywhere). They're saying Americans are the bad guys, not the Islamic terrorists, because we bomb them from the comfort of planes thousands of feet up and it's so convenient for us not to look at them up close. I said excuse me, but we nuked hundreds of thousands of Japanese from thousands of feet up and Americans were ecstatic about that. The office libs said the ends justified the means. And I said exactly, that's my point. The only difference is that a Republican is in office. But America's future is in dire danger. That shut them up!
The ends justify the means. The Islamic devils are out to get us, and we should consider use of all weapons at our disposal!

Why say no to the nuclear option? Where are you referring? Iraq? Not sure they are needed there. Conventional weapons do the trick just fine there. Unfortunately our military has not used them to the full extent they could. Perhaps in remote areas with extensive underground networks of caves, it makes sense to use small nukes.
To me, nukes is generally overkill for the type of enemy we are talking about. The real issue to me (whether conventional or nuke) is to advertise than a complete area will be destroyed within 24 hrs (or less) and order all women and children and non-militant men to surrender. The area is then leveled. Unfortunately our politicians don't the stomach for this.
