When you absolutely have to get information from a prisoner, the old helicopter ride technique with one of his buddies usually produces results.
Why do I doubt if you would use it even if it could save 1000 American lives?
Hard man huh? Of course how do you know about those 1000 lives? Torture is useless.

Seriously, so we catch Masawi(sp) and have him in custody.Do we:
a)"press" him -with pain- for info as to the wherabouts of others, names, dates, places...
b)Place a bag over his head and have him pose naked with a GI pointing to his genitals to later pass around town and publicly humiliate him?
c)Place him in a cozy air conditioned cell, replete with everything stateside convicts have, and be sure to say please, and thank you, when offering him breakfast, lunch and dinner???
