I just can't wait until a two year gay marriage results in half of one partner's $800,000 401K being split down the middle, their house being sold, marital debt being split, etc.....
Most homosexuals I know want nothing to do with same sex marriage anytime soon. There are other forces behind the curtain pushing the issue.

Maybe. Speaking generally, caring more for oneself and one's "stuff", than for other human beings (other than one's mother, with whom one is obsessed), has its rewards... But the "community" definitely does not enjoy the distinction of being the smartest demographic group in the nation.
