Tortilla chips was one of my favorite snack foods before my lifestyle change. I'd eat them by the bag and when I went to Mexican restaurants, I'd ask for a second bowl to have with my meal. I too have noticed that when I try to work them back into my diet, I'll quickly gain back a pound or two. Even though the only chips I'll eat are the ones with all-natural ingredients. So even now, I have to watch myself with them.

Tony Snow had the guy from Supersize Me on about his experience of gaining twenty five pounds in a month from eating only McDonald's *LOL* I wonder if he only ate the meat what would have happened.

I also. This will be my last post about salsa and chips, because it may seem that I am obsessing, but there is no better "comfort" snack. I guess I went off the wagon for three days.

Also I tried salsa on a hard boiled egg(the food police have a new term for that also, "hard cooked egg") and basically gagged.

The only way I can eat salsa is with the chips.
